Plant x Junction 9 - Yoga & Door Swag Workshop

Join Plant for an interactive and Festive Holiday Workshop and an evening yoga class, including a community collaboration with our friends at Junction 9!

We will teach you how to make a beautiful, organic, and seasonal holiday swag for your door, wall, or wherever! We'll walk you through the process step-by-step, while allowing you the creative freedom to create your own unique arrangement to take home. We'll combine fresh greens, seasonal cut stems, festive decorations and dried florals! 

After the creating portion of this workshop we will begin the yoga portion of the evening. 

Yin Yoga is a gentle practice that still creates a chance to challenge the body's patterning and develop a slower practice that focuses on the connective tissue and deeper tissues in the body. Main focus is brought to the hips, back, shoulders and creating longer slower holds to allow the body to open in process.

Everyone is welcome. This class is open to all levels. Please note that all participants are expected to bring their own yoga mat and water bottle. We recommend dressing in cozy, comfortable layers and bringing socks, a sweater or a blanket as the Plant Plant warehouse can be chilly at times.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your class so that we can settle you into the space and answer any questions you may have prior to the class starting.

Cost: $90 per person + tax

Length: approx. 2-2.5 hours

• All the materials to create a festive arrangement
• A 60 Min yoga class lead by Junction 9 Yoga and Pilates Studio
• Instructional tips and tricks for creating your holiday swag
• A selection of Tea, Coffee and Water

I have never practiced yoga before, can I still attend?

Yes! This class is open to all skill levels! 

Will there be yoga mats and props available? 

No, all attendees are responsible for bringing their own Yoga Mat and any props they require. 

Is there parking?

Yes! Our Plant Plant location has plenty of free parking right outside the front door. 

Where is the workshop space located?

Our workshop space is located in our sister shop Plant Plant, located at Bay 5, 2501 Alyth Road SE. Please see the map here. It is just minutes away from our flagship store in the heart of Inglewood. 

Are the tickets refundable?
